Replace the tired 5R110W transmission in your 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke with the BD-Power 5R110W Exchange Transmission. When BD-Power tears into a transmission, they take it back to the drawing board and build it to last by upgrading crucial components for increased durability and performance. The smooth shifting characteristics of your factory transmission creates heat and increases wear that shortens transmission life. In addition, your factory transmission was only designed to handle the output of the stock power levels. Once you add upgrades to your truck, you’re quickly pushing your transmission past its limits.

In this remanufactured and upgraded 5R110 Transmission, BD-Power incorporates revised oil circuits, adds extra clutches along with stronger internals. Instead of using thrust washers like the factory transmissions, BD-Power installs roller bearings throughout the transmission to eliminate oil contamination, maintain tolerances, and reduce heat and solenoid failure. Transmission only, torque converter sold separately (not included).
