The PPE 124064000 Bar & Plate Performance Transmission Cooler is a great way to reduce heat in the transmission of your 2015-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax. This transmission cooler features a bar & plate design with increased surface area that delivers 60% more heat transfer over the factory cooler. The transmission fluid speed is decreases through the bars of the trans cooler to allow extra time for heat transfer. Heat is then diffused from the bar to the plate and cooled by the louvered aluminum fins. This transmission cooler includes a limited lifetime warranty for peace of mind and bolt-in installation that requires no modifications.
