The Banks Power 42142-D Ram-Air Intake System with Dry Filter from XDP is the air intake system your 2006-2007 GM 6.6L Duramax needs for optimum airflow. This System includes a large synthetic dry cleanable filter that requires fewer cleanings than competitive filters and prevents damaging debris from entering the system. Also featured with this kit are a giant 7-1/8 outlet, streamlined components, and an enclosed cold-air box that blocks hot engine air from entering the system. Banks’ unique 4-1/2″ bellows accommodate engine movement, which prevents component damage and results in longer service life. Banks has designed this system to not cause fault or error codes.
