The AMP Research Powerstep XL is an extended electronic running board that extends down when you open your door and hangs down 3 inches lower than the standard. Once you close the door the running board closes back in.

The Powerstep XL (Plug-N-Play) is mainly built for lifted applications. The running boards are engineered with OEM like motors and are designed to last for years in all weather conditions. These lightweight, yet rock-solid running boards feature rugged die-cast linkage components that are built in the USA. The Powerstep XL is built to hold up to a 600lb load capacity and doesn’t require any maintenance. AMP Research backs the Powerstep XL with a 5 year / 60,000 mile warranty. The running boards come with an easy to install wiring kit that makes your setup easier to install.
