aFe 2016 GM HD Duramax 6.6L Large Bore HD 4″ Dual DPF Back Exhaust System

The AFE 49-44080 Large Bore HD 4″ Dual Filter-Back Exhaust System is built from 4″ mandrel bent 409 stainless steel and provides your 2016 GM 6.6L Duramax with increased flow and enhanced styling. This exhaust system uses all factory mounting locations and comes with a bolt-on bracket that supports the driver side tailpipe. This provides for a quick, hassle-free installation with no modification necessary. Also included in this exhaust system are dual massive 6″ exhaust tips with laser-cut stainless steel aFe power badges. Large Bore-HD exhaust systems are the perfect combination of performance, fit and value. All aFe exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured in their Corona, California manufacturing facility.

Single To Dual Exhaust Conversion:

This exhaust is designed to convert the standard single exhaust into an aggressive dual exhaust.

Fits With Spare Tire:

This exhaust system fits perfectly without relocating the spare tire.

OE Fit:

OE-style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time.

Flow and Performance:

This Large Bore-HD exhaust system is constructed from 4″ mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGTs.

Exhaust Tips:

Finishing off the exhaust are your choice of dual high luster, polished 304 stainless steel slash-cut tips, or high temp black coated exhaust tips. Each tip features a laser-cut stainless steel aFe power badge for an aggressive style.
