The AFE 49-43065 Large Bore HD Dual 4″ Filter-Back Exhaust System for your 2011-2014 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke is engineered to perform in the most extreme environments. Constructed from mandrel bent, T409 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow, this system is designed to increase horsepower, increase torque and lower EGT’s.

Flow and Performance:

This Large Bore-HD exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded and Constructed from 4″ mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s. A mitered merge collector is also incorporated to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow.

Intercooling Tailpipe:

This system is designed with Intercooling tailpipes, to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe.

Perfect Fit:

This system uses all factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. Includes OE-style bayonet hangers which are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time.

6″ Angle-Cut Rolled Clamp-On Tips:

Finishing off the exhaust is your choice of polished or coated black dual side exit 6″ stainless steel clamp-on tips. A unique laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is riveted on for an aggressive style.
